Here's what we know about this photo, taken by Will A. Triplett around 1900. There is a W.A. Morrison livery and feed stable sign in background. One horse's head is blurry as it probably moved during the picture.
On a cardboard label is typed:
The numbers on the side of the wagon are possibly the measured weight of a particular load. (1675)
On an index cardboard is handwritten:
The long strands on the harness were to help keep the flies off the horses.
Location of picture and man on wagon are unknown.
Note: The horse's collar has the inscription: A. SWANK, LUFFTON O
