In compliance with Governor DeWine's order, we will not be able to serve any dine-in guests. We can however take carry-out orders.

Please call in all food orders ahead of time, to minimize the amount of time waiting inside the establishment.

We will still have coffee, all specialty drinks, and pastries ready for grab and go.

Letter: We are temporarily shutdown - Lulu's Diner

Justin andAmy Musil: "It's a tremendous honor to serve you and we look forward to doing so again real soon."

Icon viewers:
We have spent countless hours playing every scenario possible to make things work, but being able to provide our employees (our friends/family) with what they need to make ends meet just isn't possible at this time. It has been extremely difficult the last couple of days as we prepare our locations for this temporary shutdown.

The thought of not being able to provide the personal service to our patrons, truthfully our friends and family that we have grown to know and love over the years, is a tough pill to swallow.

This column is not a pun by any stretch

Under the circumstances, we simply want your jokes, funny stories or a quick laugh

He who laughs last thinks slowest, or so we are told.

This column is not a pun by any stretch. It’s also not an attempt to duplicate The Onion, America’s finest news source. However, we read The Onion, whose current lead story states: Congress allocates $2 trillion to bail out struggling bailout industry.” (We believe every word)

Due to the current State of the Union, The Icon invites viewers to submit jokes, puns, funny stories and anything else that offers a five-second chuckle.
