Mennonite Home Health in partnership with Northwest Physical Therapy will offer a balance screening on from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 11 from in the Patio room at Maple Crest Senior Living Village.
The screening is for persons who feel unsteady, dizzy and having frequent falls. Educational materials will be available along with mobility and home safety information
Mennonite Memorial Home nurses will be able to talk to persons who attend to find the best solution for your needs. Refreshments will be served and each person attending will receive a free gift. For more information contact Mennonite Home Health at 419-358-7803.
