Here's the Bluffton police department docket for January 2019.
Jan. 4
Officers took a criminal trespass report from an East College Avenue resident.
Jan. 9
Officers received a civil complaint from a Findlay resident.
Jan. 12
Officers responded to a Snider Road business in reference to an assault.
Officers responded to a noninjury property damage only traffic crash on County Line Road at State Route 103.
Jan.14
Officers took a report of a hit/skip noninjury crash in the parking lot of a Snider Road business.
Jan. 16
Officers arrested a Lima resident for driving under suspension following a traffic stop in the area of County Line Road and County Road 33 for a speeding violation. The case is pending in Findlay Municipal Court.
Jan. 17
Officers arrested a Beaverdam resident for driving under suspension following a traffic stop in the area of Harmon Road and Kibler Street for a registration violation. The case is pending in Lima Municipal Court.
Officers responded to the 200 block of North Jackson Street for an ongoing feud between neighbors.
Officers arrested a Lima resident for driving under suspension following a traffic stop in the area of State Route 103 and County Line Road. Investigating officers requested K9 assistance, resulting in a positive alert on the vehicle. A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in a small amount of an illegal narcotic being located throughout the vehicle. The case is pending in Findlay Municipal Court.
Jan. 20
Officers responded to a noninjury traffic crash in the 100 block of Cherry Street.
Jan.21
Officers responded to a noninjury traffic crash in the area of County Line Road and State Route 103.
Jan. 22
Officers arrested a Springfield resident on an outstanding warrant out of the Wapakoneta Police Department.
Officers arrested a Lima resident for driving under suspension following a traffic stop in the area of State Route 103 near Interstate 75 for an equipment violation. The case is pending in Findlay Municipal Court.
Jan. 27
In the early morning hours, officers observed three subjects in the area of South Main Street near Bentley Road run between houses. After a short time, officers located the subjects and identified them as two juveniles and one young adult. After a brief investigation, the two juveniles were charged with curfew violations and tobacco possession while the rural Bluffton young adult was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The cases are pending in Allen County Juvenile Court.
Jan. 29
Officers responded to the 200 block of Garmatter Street in reference to an unruly/runaway juvenile complaint. The juvenile has since been located.
