Bluffton High School academic team finished the Northwest Conference  Scholastic Bowl with a 4-4 record. The bowl took place last weekend at Bluffton High School.

Mennonite Home Communities of Ohio Service Group Thanksgiving bake sale

The Service Group of the Mennonite Home Communities of Ohio, Bluffton, will hold its annual Thanksgiving Bake Sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Friday, Nov. 17. It takes place in the Mennonite Memorial Home lobby, 410 W. Elm St. 

The bake sale will feature a variety of home baked goods including delicious cinnamon rolls, cakes, pies, noodles and breads.

The Bluffton High School class of 1949 recently met for its 68th reunion.

Members attending were from left, Sara (Bracy) McCune, Marlene (Berry) Baumgartner, and Treva (Althaus) Stratton.

The Bluffton Bucs JV team (3rd and 4th grade) are the 2017 Junior Buckeye
League Super Bowl runners up, played at Allen East HS Field on Nov 4. 

Bluffton  played a great game, but ended up giving the lead to the Cridersville Rams in the few remaining minutes of the contest.  The final score was Cridersville 7
- Bluffton 6.
