TESTING DAYS/CHANGES: Third grade students will take the Reading Ohio Achievement Assessment on April 21. New state “End of the year” exams will be given on April 27 in English/Language Arts for grades 4-5. Students in grades 3-5 will take Math End of Year (E.O.Y.) exams on April 28 and 29.
The planning group for the Great Ohio Bicycle Adventure (GOBA), which comes to Bluffton on Sunday, June 21, is in need one a volunteer group or individual interested in assisting with campground logistics.
Duties include overseeing the camping areas on Bluffton University. This includes responsible for organizing the campgrounds, sanitation, parking, security, services on the grounds and related logistics and securing volunteers.
Blanchard Valley Hospital’s Woman Wise Mammography will be offering free screening mammograms Friday, April 24 at Woman Wise located in the EasternWoods Outpatient Center, 15900 Medical Drive South, Findlay, as part of the Hancock County Mammography Screening Initiative (HCMSI).
Appointments for free mammograms will be available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. to those who qualify. Women and men must meet eligibility criteria related to age, breast cancer risk and household income.
