Bluffton Family Recreation is kicking off their 12 Days of Health with Cardio Kickboxing is offered at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on December 1.

Participants get two tickets for the Stocking Raffle when they attend a special class over the next 12 days

Near the end of the fall 2021 sports season, this sign celebrating state champions from Bluffton High School was installed on College Avenue near the tennis courts, football field and Ricky Matter Strength and Fitness Center.

Santa will visit the Bluffton Public Library from 6-7 p.m. on December 15. The Bluffton Fire Department will be there, too, with their antique fire truck to make sure Santa's ready for his trip around the world.

The event will include stories and take home crafts. Space is limited and advance registration is required. Please call 419-358-5016 or stop by the library, 145 S. Main St.

Masks are required for ages 10 and older.

The Bluffton Disc Golf Association has announced that the first ten baskets have been installed for the new disc golf course at the Village Park located on County Line Rd. just south of the I-75 overpass.

With a major donation from Bluffton Hospital, all baskets have been acquired. Approximately half of the hole sponsorships have been sold. With these funds the concrete tee pads, signage and features like benches and bridges will be purchased and installed.

The Dough Hook Meat Market family--grandparents John and Sharon Calvelage, parents Shawn and Marlena Ballinger, their daughters Hannah and Hailey and Mack Federspiel (Hannah’s friend) travelled to the Ronald McDonald House, 3883 Monroe St, Toledo, on Thanksgiving Day to prepare 60 meals for the charity that works to “help families heal together.”

With 11 days above 50 degrees, November weather delayed leaf fall and brought a wee bit of snow in the greater Bluffton, Ohio area.
