Council to vote on levy of assessment for W. Elm St. improvements
At the June 9 meeting of the Bluffton council, a resolution of necessity will be presented for the West Elm St. Improvements Phase II Project.
The meeting's preliminary packet HERE provides details on pages 5-6.
The resolution details cost sharing by the Village and property owners for sidewalks, curbs and driveway approaches with property owner assessments to be levied in annual installments payable with property taxes.
